Still in the 1st trimester
Have a history of miscarriage or high-risk pregnancy.
Are prone to blood clots.
General contraindications

Always inform your Midwife / Consultant or GP that you intend to receive Massage treatments during Pregnancy.

After Baby
Some mother's return for Post-Natal Massage and continue to have massage as part of their self-care, which is the foundation for caring for others without depleting your own energy levels.
Post-Natal Massage is a nurturing way to alleviate muscle strain from pregnancy and birth, relieve exhaustion and promote the healing process. If you need to baby can come along, I have had some lovely moments where baby has joined mum on the couch for some bonding time.

And …. relax
Treatments are tailored individually to you. I welcome any questions and will do my best to ensure you feel relaxed and supported during this special time. Making an appointment could be easier either through the website or though the Facebook Page where I also offer a booking system.
